CrowdPour

Terms of Use

Last updated September 12, 2026

These terms cover your use of the CrowdPour app and this website. Using CrowdPour means you accept them. If you do not, don't use it.

The one that actually matters. Crowd levels, wait times and deals in CrowdPour are estimates, and they can be wrong. Do not use the app while driving, do not treat a deal listing as a promise a bar has made, and get yourself home safely regardless of what any screen says.

Who can use it

You must be at least 18 years old. CrowdPour is about bars and venues that serve alcohol, and nothing in it is an invitation to drink illegally or to excess. The drinking age is 21 in Ohio, and being old enough to use CrowdPour is not the same as being old enough to drink. Drinking laws are yours to follow.

Your account

You are responsible for your account and for keeping your password to yourself. Give accurate information when you sign up, and don't impersonate somebody else or claim a handle in order to pass as them. One person, one account. You can delete your account at any time from Settings → Account.

How to behave

Don't use CrowdPour to:

Accounts that do these things can be suspended or removed, and we can remove content without notice.

Content you post

Messages, comments, crawls, group names and profile pictures stay yours. By posting them you give CrowdPour permission to store and display them inside the app so the feature works — nothing beyond that, and it ends when you delete the content or your account.

Content posted by other users is theirs, not ours. We do not check it before it appears, and you should not assume it is accurate.

Venue information

Venue details, hours and deals come from venue operators and from public sources, and they change. A deal listed in CrowdPour is not an offer a bar is bound to honor. Check with the venue.

Availability

CrowdPour is provided as it is, without warranties of any kind. We do not promise it will be available, accurate, or uninterrupted, and features may change or be removed. To the fullest extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from your use of the app — including anything that happens to you on a night out. Nothing here limits liability that cannot legally be limited.

Privacy

What CrowdPour collects and who can see it is covered in the Privacy Policy, which is part of these terms.

Changes

These terms can change. The date at the top says when they last did, and significant changes will be surfaced in the app. Continuing to use CrowdPour after a change means you accept it.
